At J.R. Adams & Associates, our work is guided by a clear set of professional values that have remained consistent since the firm’s founding in 1970. These principles shape how we conduct executive search, how we represent our clients, and how we engage with candidates.
This is the core value that our company was founded on. We represent the client and disclose of our findings on each candidate we pursue. Honest feedback on candidates is our cornerstone, even if it is negative. Our goal is the client’s goal: find the right person for the job – period.
We respect the time and confidentiality of every candidate and client. We always contact candidates professionally, as 98 percent of our candidates are already gainfully employed. Our reputation for confidentiality opens up the largest pool of candidates to interview.
We are committed. We never contact any employee of our clients, and we always become ingrained in our client’s company culture. Our representatives are a direct reflection of our clients, and we view ourselves as someone the client would hire as an internal employee.
We embrace everyone as an individual. We believe in the diversity of cultures, perspectives, attitudes, and ideas. We treat everyone equally, and as such recruit from a diverse base of candidates based on their individual merit and the needs of our clients.

One of the most important values. We work under strict confidence with the client and all candidates. We never provide any information about the client until it is time and we never provide candidate information until we receive full permission from that candidate.
